Clear billing. A clear way out.
Private Early Access, the Relationship Compass, and Studio previews are free. Paid Studio access and Mira Plus begin only after Stripe confirms a clearly priced checkout.

Current status
Joining the waitlist never starts a charge. A legitimate purchase uses the on-site Stripe Checkout, states the price and billing interval, and returns a confirmation. Never send money to a person claiming to be a Rare Hello match or employee.
Paid access
Paid access is issued only after Rare Hello verifies the completed Stripe Checkout. One-time guided sessions remain available on the purchasing device for 30 days. Mira Plus renews monthly until cancelled.
Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers purchasing a future service online will receive information about the applicable 14-day withdrawal right before checkout. If immediate performance is requested during that period, any lawful proportionate charge and loss of withdrawal rights after full performance will require the consumer's express request or acknowledgement. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over these general principles.
Payment problems
Payment or refund issues are handled through an on-site support request. Include the email used at checkout and no card details. A refund, when approved or legally required, is returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
